"Chairs in the Air: A Circus"

Join us for an exciting collaborative project with the Philadelphia Furniture Show (May 2 –4) and the Furniture Society. The Furniture Society has their annual conference at the University of the Arts from June 11 – 14, 2003. (Check their web site for details: www.furnituresociety.org and we will be there to add art to craft.

. “Chairs in the Air: A Circus” will start with artisan-made chairs contributed by furniture makers, and PS members will take it from there. Come see a circus like one you’ve never seen before! Chairs will perform death-defying acts – all in the name of art! Spiral Q Puppet Theater will appear at the opening to liven it up even more.
