From the President
As sculptors, we pride ourselves on our facility with our tools – we carve, model, mold, pour, assemble, weld and yes, we also fabricate. We fabricate tangible creations – sculptures that can enhance a public space, engage the intellect and emotions, and provide aesthetic enjoyment. We don’t fabricate art to deceive our audiences or lie to our communities, but instead to represent the creative spirit in physical form. This is what Philadelphia Sculptors believes in, and we hope that over the past year we have provided both our artists and our public with artwork that is authentic, sincere, and even if it is funny or whimsical, speaks truth from the heart.
