“As a ceramicist and sculptor, a lot of my practice revolves around access to studio spaces where I can safely and efficiently create works. Since my access had been extremely limited by the pandemic, I started experimenting with glass in my practice, which I have been incorporating into my ceramics works. The pandemic also allotted me time to slow down and think through a lot of the systems I take part in. A lot of my work centers on interpersonal relationships with individuals and with institutions. Most of my work is created at Tyler School of Art and Architecture's Studio spaces, but I also make work at home consistently, and plan on setting up my own little space at my next apartment to keep making.”
